Expand Your Horizons
Do you mistakingly think that after you’ve landed a new customer and have started providing service for them that the job’s done? Are you like most businesses that simply go about their business, almost totally ignoring the customers they already have?
Well, one of the quickest ways to grow your business is to take care of the customers you already have.
Here’s a quick idea to make sure your lawn care or landscaping customers are TOTALLY satisfied with your service. After they sign the contract, or possibly even after you provide the first service, send them a gift certificate for dinner at a local restaurant. Or send them a gift card to rent some movies and get some popcorn from the local video rental store. Basically, send them a little something extra to let them know how much you appreciate the opportunity they’ve given you.
If you’ll take this simple, but extremely memorable extra step, you’ll undoubtedly see your lawn care or landscaping business quickly grow beyond it’s current levels because your customers will be telling EVERYONE they meet about the gift certificate or other gift you sent them.
