Customer Relationship Building Tools
One of the things I’ll be stressing in the new program that’s being released this upcoming Wednesday is the vital importance of building and maintaining a good relationship with your existing customers. If you don’t already realize this one very important fact, it’s time to wake up and smell the coffee.
You see, your existing customers are you MOST valuable asset. Nothing else plays such an important role in growing your business. There are many reasons for this, but mostly it’s because it’s AT LEAST 5 times easier to sell to your existing customers than it is to sell to a new customer.
As a result, you should do everything within your power to make sure they’re happy. You should also work to develop a solid relationship with them.
So, today’s tools are designed to do just that.
The first is a Customer Survey template you can use to poll your customers. This will give you the knowledge and ability you need to ensure you’re providing the very best service available and make any necessary changes to your services.
The second tool is a ‘Help Us Help You’ customer survey. I suggest you use this one at the very beginning of the relationship to learn more about your customers and their personal lives. This information will help you interact with them on a person-to-person level, which is critical to developing that lasting relationship.
Keep one very important principle in mind: People do business with people. Not a business.
Now, in the new program that’s coming, we’ll cover in EXACT detail how to use these tools to help you build and grow a solid, thriving business that is able to withstand all the social and economic upheaval we’re going through.
However, based on just what I’ve told you here you should still be able to put these tools to work in your business immediately.

Ron,
There was an error with the links to the tools, but it’s been corrected and they should be working now.
If not, definitely let me know.
Thanks!
