A Good Customer Service Philosophy

Here’s a good quote I recently came across by business philosopher extraordinairre, Jim Rohn:

If you make a sale you make a living. If you make an investment of time and good service in a customer, you can make a fortune.

That’s definitely good advice that more businesses should consider adopting!

Follow Up To My ‘Jumpstart Your Spring Marketing’ Post From Yesterday

After my message yesterday, I decided I needed to send out a follow-up to give you a little more information about the ‘Jumpstart Your Spring’ package I mentioned yesterday. It wasn’t my intention to be vague so I apologize if it came across that way.

Essentially, the package includes a 3 part sales letter campaign designed to help you get new business for the upcoming season. The letter comes as a Word document that you can easily modify by simply inserting your information the specified spots. It really does make putting together a great piece a snap.

This letter series incorporates all the various aspects and elements of a powerful sales letter that I’m certain will help you add new customers for 2007.

Now, this package does not include the printing, mailing, list acquisition, or any other external costs associated with actually getting it out the door and into the hands of your prospects or customers. If you’re concerned about the costs associated with doing direct mail, no worries because it works great as a flyer as well.

Included with the package is also a ‘Critique Coupon’ that’s good for one thorough analysis of any marketing or promotional piece you’re planning to do. What that means is if you’re not sure if you’ve filled in all the information correctly, just send me what you have, I’ll review it ,then send it back with my comments and suggestions. This is a $150 value.

I’ve also included a few other items to help sweeten the deal including a ‘Welcome to the Neighborhood’ letter that is great for sending to new move ins. There’s also a ‘Testimonial Request’ letter designed to help you start gathering testimonials from your customers.

If you’re wondering what this package ‘looks’ like, that’s kind of hard to show because it’s really just a bunch of electronic files, but here’s a snapshot of what the printed product would look like:

I know, I know. It’s all blurred out and you can’t see everything, but hopefully this will give you a good idea as to what the finished product would look like.

I updated my Home page to include a description of this package as well, in case you wanted to read a little more about it. If this still hasn’t answered all your questions, please don’t hesitate to send me an email and pose your questions. I’d be more than happy to answer them for you.

Again, you can get the package right here:

Stay tuned because I’ll probably be back later today with another marketing thought to help jumpstart your Spring efforts.
